On this one I went a little crazy . . . those finished squares are only 1/2"!!! I love the look though.
These mug rugs are in my shop, and now I'm back to work finishing up some custom orders!
I hope you had a great weekend! Did you eat tons of candy? I'm trying to pace myself (and my daughter!)

ReplyDeleteVery cute, Mary! Love the tiny patches!
ReplyDeleteYour straight-line quilting makes me green with envy...always so perfect! What is your secret?? Come on, spill!
ReplyDeleteLooooove the mini-patches.
The mug rugs are darling...and bless your heart for working with such small squares. I don't know that I would have the patience to work with squares that small.
ReplyDeleteI do have a question for you though. I am looking to make a baby blanket as a gift. I would like to use linen on one side and chenille on the other and use some cotton fabric squares of a bold fabric on the linen side. My question is actually two fold. Do you think the linen would be a good material to use for the baby blanket and should I put batting between that and the chenille or would it be too bulky?
Those are all super cute, Mary! I think my eyes would have crossed trying to work on those little 1/2 squares. Your sewing is so beautiful!
ReplyDeleteXOXO,
Cyndi
